Deliveries & Returns

​The products can be delivered in all the countries of the world, in accordance with the elements that the customer will have provided when ordering.

Delivery times are mentioned on each product sheet.

If a product is missing when you receive the order, you can mention it by email to poete.astral@gmail.com or on the instagram account @poete_astral

In the event of a delivery problem, I will then proceed either to the exchange, or to the reimbursement of the defective products, or to the re-shipment of the missing product.
